Handled the full venture from concept to market: product design briefing, factory sourcing, unit economics modeling (sub-2 SEK COGS at scale), breakeven analysis, and Etsy go-to-market strategy.
Designed the brand identity and website for nordicmemory.se — a single-scroll, conversion-focused landing page built around a warm Scandinavian aesthetic. The visual language draws from a Stockholm archipelago sunset palette, EB Garamond typography, and a voice that sits between cold Nordic minimalism and warm Kinfolk craft.
